Losers II — The Sequel

I haven’t written anything about the election in over a week because it’s too depressing and I haven’t been in a state of mind to intentionally depress myself. If Michael Lewis isn’t writing Losers II then I’ll be more than a little surprised. Both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are in a dead heat with sixty per cent disapproval ratings. In contemporary American presidential politics these two have evolved in to the poorest choice in modern history. Both are terrible.

Donald Trump is a clown who quite frankly seems to be more intent on building a brand for the alt right so he can hook up with Stephen Bannon following the election so he can star on his own alt right cable television network.

Hillary Clinton isn’t any better when you finally can’t ignore her emails any longer and come to the conclusion she and her husband used the state department to cash flow the Clinton Foundation with her influence at the time.

What the American electorate should be doing is giving both of these two laughable posers the gong.

Gong.

I live in a state where free presidential elections haven’t existed since 1964 when LBJ routed Barry Goldwater. So–it won’t be like I’m wasting my vote in voting for neither of these clowns. Oklahoma is already colored red on the Electoral College scoreboard.

I’m voting my conscience and writing in John Kasich like I originally intended to do.

Can’t wait to read Losers II by Michael Lewis, it will be the only silver lining in any of this.

You’ll notice I’m not even addressing Trump’s quick trip to Mexico and his speech last night in Phoenix. There’s no point to it. It was only a performance for his future cable subscribers and has nothing to do with what he might really think about immigration or anything of a serious nature for that matter, but when you’re opponent appears to be a habitual liar and your in a dead heat at sixty per cent why be serious.
