OU has been to three Elite Eights and one Final Four since 1988, but it was that Monday night at Kemper Arena which will forever be remembered. OU beat Villanova in the Elite 8 in ’88 to advance, hoping the same can happen this evening with the Sooners advancing to the championship game on Monday night.
