Living in Oklahoma…it in no way surprised me that Donald Trump rolled to a record win of plurality in the Iowa Caucus. Nope. No surprise at all given what the GOP has turned into these past eight years.
It is genuinely sad that a major political party could still be endorsing a person like Donoald Trump to be the standard bearer of Amercian leadership…but it is what it is.
It sickens me. It depresses me…and as a person with a history degree who could actually be teaching history in these golden years of my life if I so chose…it vexes me beyond any level of pragmatic thinking on any realm.
How any real American could make the defense for Donoald Trump holding any office, let alone the presidency is beyond me.
And for the self purported Trump Christians in the Trump caravan it shows you people put little if any at all relevance in anything written in the New Testament…..AS IN NOTHING.
But I’m in a different place now in my own litle cancer journey…I’m not in any way going to allow you people to bring me down. Instead, I’m going to pray for you and our country. I’m going to pray that enough people have the courage to do the right thing and make sure Donald Trump doesn’t serve a second term.
I’m speechless we as a country are still debating Donald Trump this long after the January 6th tragedy.
We apparently have learned nothing as a collective whole..
