Basically, the setting for this Saturday night is OU needs a win over TCU, period. Just a win because that’s all this season has been since Iowa State beat OU 38-31 over a month ago before anybody really knew Iowa State was pretty good.
Just like that ESPN 30/30 film where Jimmy Valvano and N.C. Wolfpack win, survive, and advance in somehow winning the 1983 NCAA Basketball Championship.

I was there at that 2008 Tech game and it was awesome. Best environment ever for an OU home game as Sam Bradford clinched his Heisman and the polls leapfrogged OU over Texas into the national championship game matchup with the Florida Gators.
This is what Baker Mayfield wants from the OU fans on Saturday night when the Horn Frogs invade Norman.
