I’m picking up my PUTIN-douchebag yard sign today. I’m letting my mother plant it her in front yard for a couple of days before I end my own HOA presidency sometime later in the week.
So…I was talking to Marcy the other day about the yard signs and how now she and her boyfriend David are heading the Trump Resistance movement in godforsaken Oklahoma.
Marcy, like me, was at one time a moderate Republican. Like me…she hates Donald Trump with a passion. Her boyfriend is David who’s a liberal from Canada. Once I heard this I told her of my hockey ties and how I coached with the Canadian McEwen for a couple of years.
So she puts Dave on the line and I loved him within thirty seconds. He told me he had called Lindsey Graham’s office four times and I told him I’d called the make believe Christian James Lankford five times.
So there.
My life will change the moment I pick up these yard signs. I feel like Keith Olberman trapped in Oklahoma.
This will be Day I of my official resistance movement.

Love the video and love your passion for saving our democracy! Given Graham’s 180 on trump I suspect that Putin has video of Lindsay with adolescent boys while in Russia. How else can you explain his absurd turnaround?? Keep up the great work!!
My first grandchild will be born sometime in late September–I pray he will experience the same America as my father, myself, and my son. Democracy isn’t and wasn’t just handed to us. It is a precious commodity which is the cornerstone of our existence whether we be American or Canadian or whatever.
The American Dream should be something all of us cling to regardless of political affiliation. I have a group of older Air Force veterans who occasionally read this blog and remind me what it means to put your life on the line for these freedoms.
My passion pales in what they gave to this country to give us these freedoms. It pales to what my Uncle George–a two time Purple Heart recipient in WWII gave to this this country. He was actually seventeen years old and lied about his age to be sent to the European theatre. You think Donald Trump Jr. would do that or even remotely consider it?
I’m glad I saw the yard sign and know there are younger people who share my concern.
