Sam Darnold’s Redemption

Very nice. It was a very nice NFL Playoff run for Sam Darnold and the Seattle Seahawks. If Jerry McGuire was Sam Darnold’s agent he’d still have tears streaming down his cheek this morning for multiple reasons.

What an amazing testament to perserverance, faith, and just basically believing in yourself and those around you … but most of all, never surrendering.

Just beautiful from a human standpoint beyond the football part. That right there is what life is all about at the end of the day.

Joe Flacco’s Super Bowl win was pretty amazing with the Ravens. Peyton Manning’s Super Bowl with the Broncos sprang to my mind as well. But neither had been discarded to the scrap dump pile as was the case with Sam Darnold after the Vikings let him go after a 14-3 season.

I’m happy for Sam Darnold and what his teammates just accomplished. Other than the braindead play in the fourth quarter on the Rams’ sideline they played perfect complimentary football in this Super Bowl Tournament.

They dominated both lines of scrimage, ran the football good enough, the kicking game was just about perfect, and they played turnover free football for three straight games.

The game was horrible. New England’s offense was worse than bad and that weak schedule New England played to get to this Super Bowl revealed itself by the final margin. That last Seattle touchdown being called back was the difference between the 44 point over/under. You can imagine how the over players reacted on that flag.

The Green Day pregame music was good. I enjoyed it. The Bad Bunny rendition of West Side Story on a football field was horrific. Stop making political statements during a football game. If you’re going to put a rapper on the show then put him up there with his best song with as many half naked women as you can get on the stage and leave it at that.

Quite frankly…I thought my Bad Bunny presentation here on the underground blog was football fields better that the nonsense we viewed last night.

When you people on the far left perpetuate this type of bullshit…you give the Trump maga fake Christian ammunition for the culture arguments. Because any person with half a brain and one eye knows that halftime show was total shit.

Other than that…the marsala chicken was superb. I had two Samuel Adams non-alcoholic beers, and was grateful to still be living to take in Super Bowl LX.

I’ve now seen all sixty of them, and God willing I’ll see next year’s Super Bowl as well.

Seriously, guys…get your PSA blood test and don’t do what I did.

Eternal love.

God bless, America.
